GOVERNMENT NOTICE NO. 69 PHARMACY AND MEDICINES REGULATORY AUTHORITY ACT (NO. 9 OF 2019) NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Pharmacy and Medicines Regulatory Authority Act, 2019, I, JAPPIE CHANCY MTIWA MHANGO, Minister of Health and Population, appoint the 1st day of October, 2019, as the date on which the Act shall come into operation.
