Government Notices 2021 2751 Government Notice No. 327 of 2021 THE CONSUMER PROTECTION (PRICE AND SUPPLIES CONTROL) ACT Regulations made by the Minister under section 35 of the Consumer Protection (Price and Supplies Control) Act 1. These regulations may be cited as the Consumer Protection (Control of Imports) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2021. 2. In these regulations – “principal regulations” means the Consumer Protection (Control of Imports) Regulations 2017. 3. The Third Schedule to the principal regulations is amended by adding the following new item – 38. COVID-19 rapid antibody test 4. These regulations shall come into operation on 31 December 2021. Made by the Minister on 31 December 2021.
