DGSACS-013/2026 Caracas 18/09/2026 CIRCULAR El Servicio Autónomo de Contraloría Sanitaria, en aras de agilizar y simplificar los trámites inherentes a los procesos de exportación, informa a los exportadores, agentes de aduanas y demás auxiliares de la administración aduanera, que el Certificado de Libre Venta (CLV) solo será exigido, en aquellos casos en que el mismo sea requerido por el Arancel de Aduanas.
