- All patients in this study underwent SMILE with VisuMax femtosecond laser system (Carl Zeiss Meditec). The laser frequency was 500 kHz, the pulse energy was 185 190nJ and the corneal cap thickness was 100 120 μm. All operations were performed by the same surgeon.
