Study focus
- Disease/Condition
- lung cancer
- Drug/Device/Intervention
- (1) Design the puncture path through the artificial intelligence image segmentation model, complete the three-dimensional modeling, and link the printing equipment to make a personalized lung puncture guide; (2) Research on respiratory phase algorithm and visualization of suitable puncture, verification and efficacy evaluation of 3D guide plate combined with respiratory gating assisted percutaneous lung puncture; (3) Carry out a single-arm small-sample pilot clinical trial to preliminarily explore whether the automated puncture guide has clinical feasibility and safety; (4) Carry out a large-sample clinical randomized controlled trial, using traditional CT-guided thoracentesis as a control to further explore the safety, accuracy and clinical advantages of the puncture guide.
