In this study we are aiming to investigate the effects of glucose, fructose, glucose + fructose or sucralose supplementation on exercise performance in healthy individuals. Therefore we are focusing on cardio-pulmonary exercise testing, time until exhaustion, upper- and lower body resistance exercises.
