Summary

A unique inside-out-access technique with a new CE certified device (Surfacer (R) Bluegrass
 Vascular, San Antonio, Tx, USA) enables repetitive and confident right-sided placement of
 central venous catheters in hemodialysis patients with thoracic central venous occlusion.
