1. Observe the changes of TCD/TCCD spectrum shape before and after lumbar puncture in
 patients with severe neurological disease.
 
 2. Discuss the TCD/TCCD spectrum shape and parameters of cerebral arteries and
 neurocritical patients Correlation of intracranial pressure.
