Primary Aim:
 
 -To determine the prevalence and pattern of bronchial colonization in patients presenting
 with lung cancer at the time of diagnosis
 
 Secondary Aim:
 
 -To assess the potential demographic, clinical, radiological and histological predictors of
 colonization in patients with lung cancer
