Summary

The purpose of this study is to examine the feasibility of Steady Feet, a three-month
 community-based falls prevention exercise program.

ICD-10 Classifications

Fall involving ice-skates, skis, roller-skates or skateboards
Falls
Fall involving wheelchair
Fall on same level from slipping, tripping and stumbling
Lack of physical exercise
