Summary
Palatoplasty surgery is always associated with considerable intraoperative and postoperative pain. The aim of this study was to evaluate the perioperative analgesia after surgical site infiltration with dexmedetomidine or ketamine in combination with lidocain in children undergoing cleft palate repair surgery.
