PURPOSE: to compare between laser cluster diode and hyperbaric oxygen therapy on healing of diabetic chronic ulcersBACKGROUND: diabetic ulcers represent a significant medical, eco¬nomic and social problem. Many ulcers are chronic, having demonstrated poor responses to the conven¬tional therapeutic approaches usually used for this entitiy. HYPOTHESES: It was hypothesized that 1- There would be insignificant influence of laser cluster diode on healing of diabetic chronic ulcers2- There would be insignificant influence of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on healing of diabetic chronic ulcers.3- There would be insignificant difference between laser cluster diode and hyper baric oxygen therapy on healing of diabetic ulcersRESEARCH QUESTION: 1- Would laser cluster diode affect the area size and volume of ulcers?2- Would hyperbaric oxygen therapy affect the area size and volume of ulcers?3- Would there is difference between laser cluster diode and hyper baric oxygen therapy on the area size and volume of ulcers?
