This is a RCT on patients suffering from urethrocutaneous fistula (UCF)post hypospadis repair in which the total 40 participants will divided in two groups one of them will be treated with PRP gaft and the othe without PRP graft at Alazhar university hospitals .UCF is the most common complication after hypospadias surgeries and PRP by having groth factors and clotting factors will help in wound healing and better outcomes of hypospadis surgeries
