Technical Details

The femoral stem is designed to be used as a prosthesis to replace the proximal part of the femur in total hip arthroplasty. Both the femoral stem and the acetabular cup are indicated for use in cementless total hip arthroplasty to treat the following conditions: A. Patients with non-inflammatory degenerative joint disease (NIDJD), such as avascular necrosis, osteoarthritis, and inflammatory arthritis, such as rheumatoid arthritis B. Patients who have experienced pain, deformity, and functional impairment as a consequence of a failed initial surgery C. Revision of the hip joint due to initial surgery failure
