Certificate of the right to perform conformity attestation
Article 20 point 11: twenty-four times the base duty. It is paid by a conformity-assessment body, not by a device registrant, and is listed here only because it is the closest line in the schedule to the conformity-attestation wording — it is not the import (conformity) certificate.

Government fees only — service and testing costs are separate
  • The Law on State Duty publishes no dram figure for medical devices directly: Article 8 fixes the base duty at AMD 1,000 and Article 16 point 35 expresses each medical-device rate as a multiple of it. The dram amounts shown are the published multiples applied to the published base, not an estimate.
  • AMD is a zero-decimal currency in practice; the amounts are whole drams.
  • No line of the Law on State Duty covers the medical-device import (conformity) certificate, although Decree No. 429-Õ† paragraph 18 makes the certificate conditional on presenting a state-duty payment receipt. A whole-of-law search for «ներմուծման հավաստագ» and «համապատասխանության հավաստագ» returns nothing, and Article 16 contains no import, conformity or expert-examination line. The tariff behind that receipt is therefore unevidenced and is recorded in unresolved rather than guessed.
  • Advertisement permits form a separate charging stream: Article 15(7.4) of the Law on Advertising points the medical-device advertising permit fee at the Law on State Duty, but no line for it was located in that law either.
