Complete two-page ERIS circular issued 12 June 2020 to private clinical laboratories: prior ERIS authorization for COVID-19 rapid testing, with test quality certificate, establishment licence copy and product technical sheet; includes the full continuation, contacts and National Health Directorate copy notation. This concerns laboratory service authorization and historical diagnostic precautions, not general product modification approval. Subsequent Circular 001/ERIS-DRS/2021 is retained in full with its four-page annex and an additional antigen premises/flow-plan document; Resolution 169/2020 is also retained as a time-limited original. Later extensions and current applicability remain under review; this historical three-document list is not asserted as the current 2026 requirement.
