本试剂盒用于体外定量检测人血清中Ⅳ型胶原（Collagen Ⅳ，C Ⅳ）的含量，临床上主要用于肝纤维化的辅助诊断，但不作为确诊或排除病例的唯一依据。
由磁珠试剂、反应试剂1、反应试剂2、Ⅳ型胶原校准品1（选配）、Ⅳ型胶原校准品2（选配）、Ⅳ型胶原质控品1（选配）、Ⅳ型胶原质控品2（选配）组成。 磁珠试剂：包被C Ⅳ单克隆抗体（小鼠）的磁微球，保存于含有蛋白稳定剂（BSA）的Tris缓冲液中。防腐剂：ProClin300。 反应试剂1：含有蛋白稳定剂（BSA）的Tris缓冲液。防腐剂：ProClin300。 反应试剂2：标记吖啶酯的C Ⅳ单克隆抗体（小鼠），保存于含有蛋白稳定剂（BSA）的Tris缓冲液中。防腐剂：ProClin300。 Ⅳ型胶原校准品1（选配）、Ⅳ型胶原校准品2（选配）：由Ⅳ型胶原抗原（大肠杆菌表达的重组蛋白）、蛋白稳定剂（BSA）、ProClin300、Tris缓冲液组成。 Ⅳ型胶原质控品1（选配）、Ⅳ型胶原质控品2（选配）：由Ⅳ型胶原抗原（大肠杆菌表达的重组蛋白）、蛋白稳定剂（BSA）、ProClin300、Tris缓冲液组成。
本试剂盒2℃～8℃保存，贮藏时试剂密封直立放置，有效期12个月。本试剂盒需要在 2℃～8℃冷藏条件下运输。本试剂在开启使用后，贮藏于仪器试剂仓（2℃～8℃），有效期 30 天；或者将试剂盖好瓶盖，2℃～8℃冰箱储存，有效期 30 天。校准品及质控品开封后，2℃～8℃冰箱储存，有效期 30 天。
