本试剂盒用于体外定量测定人血清或血浆中抗双链 DNA 抗体（Anti-dsDNA）IgG 的含量，临床上主要用于系统性红斑狼疮的辅助诊断，以及监控临床病程（特别是狼疮性肾炎）变化。
磁珠试剂：包被双链 DNA 抗原（化学合成）的磁微球，保存于含有蛋白稳定剂的 Tris 缓冲液中。防腐剂：ProClin300。 反应试剂1：含蛋白稳定剂的Tris缓冲液。防腐剂：ProClin300。 反应试剂2：标记吖啶酯的鼠源抗人IgG抗体，保存于含有蛋白稳定剂的Tris缓冲液中。防腐剂：ProClin300。 抗双链DNA抗体校准品1（选配）：由抗双链 DNA 抗体（重组抗体）、蛋白稳定剂、ProClin 300、Tris缓冲液组成，为液态。 抗双链DNA抗体校准品2（选配）：由抗双链 DNA 抗体（重组抗体）、蛋白稳定剂、ProClin 300、Tris缓冲液组成，为液态。 抗双链DNA抗体质控品1（选配）：由抗双链 DNA 抗体（重组抗体）、蛋白稳定剂、ProClin 300、Tris缓冲液组成，为液态。 抗双链DNA抗体质控品2（选配）：由抗双链 DNA 抗体（重组抗体）、蛋白稳定剂、ProClin 300、Tris缓冲液组成，为液态。
