本试剂盒用于体外定量测定人血清或血浆中胃泌素释放肽前体（ProGRP）的含量，临床上主要用于小细胞肺癌（SCLC）的治疗监测。不能作为恶性肿瘤早期诊断或确诊的依据，不用于普通人群的肿瘤筛查。
由磁珠试剂、反应试剂1、反应试剂2、ProGRP校准品1（选配）、ProGRP校准品2（选配）、ProGRP质控品1（选配）、ProGRP质控品2（选配）组成。 磁珠试剂：包被ProGRP单克隆抗体（小鼠）的磁微球，保存于含有蛋白稳定剂（BSA）的Tris缓冲液中。防腐剂：ProClin300。 反应试剂1：含有蛋白稳定剂（BSA）的Tris缓冲液。防腐剂：ProClin300。 反应试剂2：标记吖啶酯的ProGRP单克隆抗体（小鼠），保存于含有蛋白稳定剂（BSA）的Tris缓冲液中。防腐剂：ProClin300。 ProGRP校准品1（选配）、ProGRP校准品2（选配）：由ProGRP抗原（大肠杆菌表达的重组抗原）、蛋白稳定剂（BSA）、ProClin 300、Tris缓冲液组成。 ProGRP质控品1（选配）、ProGRP质控品2（选配）：由ProGRP抗原（大肠杆菌表达的重组抗原）、蛋白稳定剂（BSA）、ProClin 300、Tris缓冲液组成。
本试剂盒2℃～8℃保存，贮藏时试剂密封直立放置，有效期12个月。本试剂盒需要在2℃～8℃冷藏条件下运输。试剂在开启使用后，贮藏于仪器试剂仓（2℃～8℃），有效期30天。或者将试剂盖好瓶盖，2℃～8℃冰箱储存，有效期30天。校准品及质控品开瓶后，盖好瓶盖，2℃～8℃储存，有效期30天。
