本试剂盒用于体外定量测定人血清或血浆中铁蛋白的含量，临床上主要用于铁代谢的相关疾病，如血色素沉着症和缺铁性贫血的辅助诊断，不适用于肿瘤诊断。
磁珠试剂：包被Fer单克隆抗体（小鼠）的磁微球，保存于含有蛋白稳定剂的Tris缓冲液中。防腐剂：ProClin300。 反应试剂1：含有蛋白稳定剂的Tris缓冲液。防腐剂：ProClin300。 反应试剂2：标记吖啶酯的Fer单克隆抗体（小鼠），保存于含有蛋白稳定剂的Tris缓冲液中。防腐剂：ProClin300。 铁蛋白校准品1（冻干粉，选配）：由 Fer 抗原（重组抗原）、蛋白稳定剂、ProClin300、Tris 缓冲液组成，为冻干品。 铁蛋白校准品2（冻干粉，选配）：由 Fer 抗原（重组抗原）、蛋白稳定剂、ProClin300、Tris 缓冲液组成，为冻干品。 铁蛋白质控品1（冻干粉，选配）：由 Fer 抗原（重组抗原）、蛋白稳定剂、ProClin300、Tris 缓冲液组成，为冻干品。 铁蛋白质控品2（冻干粉，选配）：由 Fer 抗原（重组抗原）、蛋白稳定剂、ProClin300、Tris 缓冲液组成，为冻干品。
本试剂盒 2℃～8℃保存，贮藏时试剂密封直立放置，有效期 12 个月。试剂在开启使用后，贮藏于仪器试剂仓（2℃～8℃），有效期 30 天；或者将试剂盖好瓶盖，置于 2℃～8℃冰箱储存，有效期 30 天。校准品及质控品复溶后，必须盖紧瓶盖，室温（20℃±5℃）储存，有效期 5 小时，-20℃±5℃储存，有效期 30 天。
