本试剂盒用于体外定量测定人血清或血浆中癌抗原15-3（CA15-3）的含量，临床上用于乳腺癌治疗疗效及预后观察。不能作为恶性肿瘤早期诊断或确诊的依据，不宜用于普通人群的肿瘤筛查。
磁珠试剂：包被癌抗原15-3单克隆抗体（小鼠）的磁微球，保存于含有蛋白稳定剂的Tris缓冲液中。防腐剂：ProClin300。 反应试剂1：含有蛋白稳定剂的Tris缓冲液。防腐剂：ProClin300。 反应试剂2：标记吖啶酯的癌抗原15-3单克隆抗体（小鼠），保存于含有蛋白稳定剂的Tris缓冲液中。防腐剂：ProClin300。 癌抗原15-3校准品1（选配）：由癌抗原15-3（重组抗原）、蛋白稳定剂、ProClin 300、Tris缓冲液组成； 癌抗原15-3校准品2（选配）：由癌抗原15-3（重组抗原）、蛋白稳定剂、ProClin 300、Tris缓冲液组成。 癌抗原15-3质控品1（选配）：由癌抗原15-3（重组抗原）、蛋白稳定剂、ProClin 300、Tris缓冲液组成； 癌抗原15-3质控品2（选配）：由癌抗原15-3（重组抗原）、蛋白稳定剂、ProClin 300、Tris缓冲液组成。
本试剂盒2℃～8℃保存，贮藏时试剂密封直立放置，有效期12个月。 本试剂在开启使用后，贮藏于仪器试剂仓（2℃～8℃），有效期30天。或者将试剂盖好瓶盖，2℃～8℃冰箱储存，有效期30天。校准品及质控品开瓶后，盖好瓶盖，2℃～8℃储存，有效期30天。
