This study uses a novel unconventional radiotherapy technique, consisting of high dose
 PArtial Tumor irradiation targeting exclusively the HYpoxic segment of unresectable bulky
 tumors delivered either with photons (SBRT-PATHY) or with carbon-ions (CARBON-PATHY) while
 sparing the peritumoral immune microenvironment (PIM).
