Maintained country rule

Health Code Art. 237: technical tests are performed by accredited organizations; EAEU-route dossiers additionally require biological-evaluation tests and clinical/clinical-laboratory trials plus type approval of measuring instruments (EAEU Decision № 42) per Decision 46 para 10. Classes 2б and 3 (and classes 1/2а when tests are needed) require laboratory tests within registration expertise (≤110 / ≤70 working days respectively); devices not requiring lab tests ≤70 working days.
