Atomic Energy (Fees) Regulations, 2021
Complete four-page original Gazette instrument, printed pages 362–365, containing both operative regulations, all seven Schedule categories and 63 monetary rows, the 12 November 2021 making clause, Minister Nancy Tembo, file number and Government Printer terminal. It covers medical equipment and practices, industrial irradiation, naturally occurring radioactive materials, service providers, inspections, transport and dosimetry. Every page was visually transcribed and retained as an original image. The inconsistent 24 December running header on printed page 363 and Potasium spelling remain as printed; the Gazette cover and the other pages identify publication as 10 December 2021. Amounts displaced or misread by hidden OCR were verified against original cells. GN16/2024 expressly replaces the whole Schedule from 1 April 2024, so these 2021 rates are historical and must not be used as current charges. The two-regulation parent is not wholly repealed by that schedule amendment. Stated annual, two-year and five-year periods describe the relevant licences or services, not device variation approval times.
