Complete original GN36/2026, Gazette Supplement 11A of 1 May 2026, printed page 421. Retains all three paragraphs, ten prescribed activities, the making clause dated 23 April 2026, H. Nyasulu signature and file NCST/RTT/1/20. NCST made the Order under section 38 of the Science and Technology Act (Cap. 30:10); paragraph 3 expressly revokes GN44/2024. The activities include human biomedical research, human research samples, nuclear and biotechnology research, and institutional research ethics committees. All original text and the original page image are retained; marginal captions precede their corresponding clauses. The website heading Act2026 is not a new parent statute. The complete NCST2003 parent reproduction and dated2014 revised expression are separately retained; the original Gazette/commencement,2024 predecessor, later amendments and current implementation remain under review.
