Dispensa do registo na ERIS dos médicos e farmacêuticos inscritos nas respetivas ordens profissionais
Complete historical decision, including its preamble, both articles and signatures on selected portions of physical pages 6–7 of the fourteen-page Gazette. Both pages and the complete reading text were checked; unrelated petroleum-price, university and municipal acts are excluded from the text while whole source pages remain visible. It exempted registered doctors and pharmacists of their respective professional orders from ERIS registration for private-sector practice, with information sharing through protocols. The meeting was on 25 March 2021 and the signature dated 26 March; publication was 16 April. Article 2 makes entry the day after signature of the referenced protocols, whose signature dates have not been established, so no calendar effective date is invented. Deliberação 29/2026, outer article 2, expressly revokes this decision, with the new decision entering the day after its 7 October publication. Retained as a repealed historical expression, not a current blanket exemption; later professional-association protocols and specific exemption decisions remain to be reviewed.
