PROGEC implementation order signed on 25 January 2016, listing medical and surgical apparatus among the covered products. Provides for conformity certificates, conditioned exemptions, AGANOR registration of exempt importers and delegated controls. Article 7 requires a certificate for each import from 20 February 2016.
