The Medicines and Allied Substances Control Act [Chapter 15:03] in its consolidated form, establishing the Medicines Control Authority of Zimbabwe and the Medicines Control Laboratory, and providing for the registration of medicines, the licensing of pharmaceutical premises and persons, clinical trials, the control of advertising, appeals and the general regulation of medicines and allied substances.
