Procédures et modalités de certification de conformité aux normes
Complete signed thirteen-article original, printed pages 709–711 of the 2 June 2022 Gazette. Implements Articles 28 and 31 of Law 20/2015 and assigns certification to ACONOQ. Articles 4–8 describe application, evaluation/audit, certification decisions and appeals; detailed procedures and committee arrangements require further instruments. Article 10 specifies three-year renewable certification and twice-yearly surveillance, which are distinct from industrial-product approval under Decree 259/2022. Articles 11–12 address national certification and pre-shipment assessment, with application/commencement conditions delegated to a joint ministerial order.
