Complete signed original, preamble and Articles 1–24, printed pages 853–856 of the 19 July 2018 Gazette. Article 3 places pharmacy/medicine and health technologies within DGSSS. Article 14 assigns health-product standards, market-authorisation dossiers, quality control and pharmacovigilance to pharmacy/medicine. Article 16 assigns market-authorisation dossiers for laboratory and imaging reagents and consumables, laboratory/biomedical technology standards, materiovigilance and haemovigilance to health technologies. Article 22 calls for further service-level implementing orders.
