Articles 8 and 10 allocate control of medical/paramedical technology practices, biomedical establishments, health-purpose products, laboratory reagents, import/distribution good practices and establishment conformity certificates. Article 16 refers departmental inspections to separate texts; Article 17 requires detailed divisional/service organisation by ministerial order, subsequently implemented by Orders 8576/2023 and 29152/2024.
