Modalités d’agrément du produit industriel mis sur le marché
Complete signed preamble and Articles 1–15, printed pages 708–709 of the 2 June 2022 Gazette. Implements Articles 15–19 of industrial-activity Law 9/2015. Defines industrial products broadly, sets application/testing responsibilities and provides a renewable two-year industrial-product approval certificate under Article 10. Article 9 gives a thirty-working-day refusal appeal and sixty-day counter-expertise period; these are distinct from initial review or medical-device variation times. Article 12 links imported industrial goods to pre-shipment conformity assessment and market surveillance. This general industrial approval must not be conflated with health-product marketing authorisation or the separate three-year conformity certification.
