Complete twelve-article original decree, signed 30 December 2013 and published in the 23 January 2014 SGG Gazette, printed pages 58–59. Article 8 assigns medical-device and laboratory-reagent homologation to the former DGMPL. The 2018 ministry reorganisation and DGSSS Decree 2018-270 place pharmacy/medicine and health technologies in a different structure, with market-authorisation and materiovigilance responsibilities in Articles 14 and 16. However, a 2023 individual wholesaler licence still cites 2013-817 and 2013-813. This conflicting later evidence does not establish that every 2013 provision remains applicable or was wholly repealed.
