Attribution, usage, suspension et retrait de la marque nationale de conformité aux normes
Complete signed fifteen-article original, printed pages 491–493 of the 6 April 2023 Gazette. Implements Articles 30 and 33 of Law 20/2015. Establishes the NCGO conformity mark, application dossier, audits/testing and fee categories, three-year renewable right-of-use certificate, and suspension/withdrawal appeal. Detailed tariffs are referred to separate regulation.
