Ajournement pour douze mois de l’évaluation de la conformité avant embarquement
Complete two-article joint order and all three ministerial signatures, printed page 1159 of the 21 July 2022 Gazette. Article 1 postpones pre-shipment conformity assessment under Article 42 of the 2022 Finance Law for twelve months; Article 2 expressly takes effect from signature on 5 July 2022 and abrogates earlier contrary provisions.
