Government fees only — service and testing costs are separate- The Ministry publishes no device-registration tariff. Its MoPH Tariffs page carries only hospital flat rates, a pathology and laboratory price list, an implant list used for hospital billing and an NSSF radiology list, and no instrument read fixes a registration or listing fee, so nothing is published here as a registration fee — the rows are the published charges that actually attach to a device application.
